We do not try and go with a bottom of the barrel entry price and nickel and dime users for fundamental options they may need. • We offer a managed solution for all of our shared and dedicated server clients. An example of a managed solution in a shared hosting environment would be rather than needing you to go into your control panel and create a new email account, or set of email accounts (though it is very easy and there are video tutorials in there to show you how), you can simply put in a support request with what you'd like done and we'll do it for you and send you back the all of the applicable information to setup those addresses for use in any email client. Management for our dedicated server clients is a bit more straight forward, we insure your software is up to date, security on the server is hardened, and monitor your server 24/7 for downtime and security issues, as well as accommodating reasonable software installation requests on the server providing you have a valid license for said software.
